How to Change Your Amazon Flex Region

Changing Your Region

Changing your region in Amazon Flex is only possible if you have not yet scheduled any delivery blocks. If you have scheduled any delivery blocks, you will need to contact Amazon Flex support to have your region changed.

To change your region, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Amazon Flex app on your device.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Tap the "Settings" option.
  4. Select the "Region" option.
  5. Select the new region you want to work in.
  6. Tap the "Save" button.

Updating Your Device Settings

Once you have changed your region, you will need to update your device settings to reflect the new region. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the "Apps" section.
  3. Select the Amazon Flex app (the orange icon).
  4. Tap the "Permissions" option.
  5. Make sure that the "Location" permission is enabled.

Once you have updated your device settings, you will be able to deliver packages in your new region.
