Liverpool Make History with Perfect Champions League Group Stage Record

A Comfortable Win for Liverpool

Salah and Origi Lead the Way

Liverpool have become the first English club in Champions League history to win all six group-stage matches, with Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi scoring the goals in a comfortable 2-1 victory over AC Milan at Anfield.

The Reds had to come from behind to secure the win, after Fikayo Tomori had given Milan the lead early in the second half. However, Salah equalized just minutes later, and Origi grabbed the winner with a deflected effort in the 55th minute.

The win means that Liverpool have now won all six of their Group B matches, finishing with a perfect record of 18 points. They will now progress to the knockout stages of the competition as one of the top seeds.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was delighted with his team's performance, saying: "It was a great performance from us. We had to come from behind, but we showed great character and quality to get the win."

Salah was also pleased with the team's performance, saying: "It was a great feeling to score the goal and help the team to win. We played very well tonight and we deserved the three points."

Liverpool will now turn their attention to the Premier League, where they will face Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
